The Ministry of National Defense (MND) stated today (19th) that Liu Ho-chien, Admiral, First Class and the late Military Strategy Adviser to the Office of the President, passed away on December 14, 2023. To commemorate the well-respected and venerated commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces, a public memorial service will be held at 9 am, January 23, 2024 at Jing Xing Hall of the First Funeral Parlor of Taipei City.
